As a third generation Realtor whose grandfather owned a real estate company and a father who was President of a Board of Realtors, I have real estate in my blood. 
Originally licensed by the State of Maryland in 1976, I have worked in many aspects of real estate including property management.  I have been selling residential homes full time for the past 30 years.
I was raised with old fashioned ethics about how a deal gets done and never stray from my roots.  

From walking a first time buyer through all the questions they don't even know to ask, to updating the seasoned buyer or seller about the laws, regulations and market conditions that are new since their last experience, I pride myself on being regarded as "The Trusted Advisor".

I have found great challenge and enjoyment, however, in the continually changing technology available to our industry.  My most recent challenge: teaching the licensing course for the State of Maryland to aspiring new real estate agents.  I love the opportunity to mold the next generation!

I am so grateful for Lynda and her incredible services.  She took care of our condo sale and our family in a time of great need.  We lost my father to cancer and had to move my mother to live with us out west. We were fortunate enough to know Lynda through our daughter, whose house she sold quickly and smoothly almost  20 years ago. As we owned our house for over 50 years, needless to say it was a challenge; the amount of work it took to clean it out, organize decades of belongings, schedule repairs with competent reliable professionals was worth hiring her alone!  Her ability to decide what best to do to make it sell for the optimal price, and basically lead us through a myriad of issues probably would have overwhelmed a less experienced agent.
